On April 18th, Southend United take on Braintree Town in what could be a massive game for our club. But before that, a determined group of fans will be walking 50km overnight from Braintree to Roots Hall – all to raise funds for the Shrimpers Trust Social Inclusion project and five amazing local charities.

NORTH BANK RETURN
Following collaborative efforts with Shrimpers Trust and The Blue Voice, SUFC will be reopening the Solopress North Bank stand to home supporters for their final four home games.
The Shrimpers Trust will be running a fundraiser to put money towards various items such as flags, balloons, and potential displays that will help encourage and improve the atmosphere which the club have agreed to match up to a £2,500 cap.

THE BIG CHRISTMAS QUIZ – 2024
This year saw a bumper number of entries for our annual Christmas Quiz, a new topic of film titles – which we obviously made too easy!
87 of you wonderful people returned entries, of which 37 had it 100% correct!
Before kick off on Tuesday night, Jack Bridge and Tom Hopper drew out the five winners.

SHRIMPERS TRUST CHRISTMAS DRAW – RESULTS
The Trust Board would like to thank all those who entered this season’s Christmas Draw.
We have raised just over £1,300 for Trust funds, which is a great result.
The winning tickets were drawn today, with John Nixon winning the first prize of £500.

THE MANCHESTER UNITED KEITH BIRD PRINT – NOW ON SALE
The scoreboard’s finest hour! Another great print of Keith Bird’s artwork, this time depicting a scene from that famous night in 2006 when we made Alex Ferguson chew his gum a bit harder, is now available to purchase on line here.
Unit Price includes Packing in a Card Envelope and Postage to UK Mainland Address.
Prints can also be purchased for £15 from the Trust Stand in the Shrimpers Bat prior to any Home Game.

IT’S A SHRIMPER PITCH INVASION!
On 19 May 1906 in the Blue Boar, our beloved Southend United was formed. To mark the 118th anniversary of this special day we have produced a fantastic new print entitled ‘Southend United Pitch Invasion’.
On the print are the names of every player since 1906 who has notched up at least 100 first team appearances for us (plus a few merit cases – we couldn’t leave out Stanley!).
